Prices & Discounts

If you are ordering from outside of EU, there will be no VAT addition to your invoice.
Packing cost is included in the prices.
Drivers and light bulbs are not included in the prices, unless indicated.
Minimum order value for each brand is different. Minimum order limits are indicated on details page of each item.
This limit exists, as we do not keep stock, but deliver directly from the producer and producers do not accept very small orders for a single shipment.
We offer special discounts to businesses in the trade and volume buyers.
We have a linear discount calculation. Every increase in the order total will increase the discount amount. Calculation is made by the below chart.

You may send your order by using Shopping Cart, by email or by filling the on-line form in the CONTACT page.
If you will not use the Shopping Cart, your order message should include:
1) Item code, base color/diffuser color, quantity
2) Name surname, telephone number and address for invoice (if needed, company name and VAT number)
3) Delivery address and contact person for delivery (if different from above)
Once an order is placed, we will send you a proforma invoice detailing the ordered products and expected delivery time. Please note that this email is not an order acceptance or confirmation from us.
After your payment of proforma invoice, your order is accepted and the production & delivery process starts.

Bank transfer: 100% transfered to our bank account.
Online: PayPal, VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER. (for max.2000 EUR, with 2% additional expense)
We do not process online payments directly, but use payment gates. That means, we will not receive any card details from you.

For non-EU deliveries: Please send us your enquiry for a quotation. (local import/customs taxes will be paid by the customer)
Your order will be ready for shipment in 1-4 weeks after receiving payment, depending on the order volume, warehouse stocks and holidays.
Delivery is made by transport agencies TNT, DPD, UPS or DHL. It takes 3-7 days depending on the distance.
The expected delivery date will be informed by email after your order.
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Insurance claims are not accepted later, after the delivery.
If your merchandise has been damaged, be sure to notify the carrier when receiving the goods. Carier will help in the process of insurance claim.

Items listed on our website have a two year guarantee provided by the respective manufacturer.
The guarantee covers defects in materials and manufactures workmanship.
If a light bulb is included with the fixture, the bulb is not covered under the guarantee.
Guarantee does not cover damages caused by shipment, installation, bad use of items, alterations, use of improper light bulbs, improper cleaning and maintenance, improper exposure to corrosive elements, cost of removal and re-installation,
In the event of a fault occurring, the product will be repaired or replaced according to the nature of the fault.
